No. Static QR codes generated with the free tier never expire. They encode the URL directly into the image — there is no server dependency. As long as the destination URL is live, the QR code will work forever. ### Can I cancel my subscription at any time? Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Enterprise subscription at any time from your dashboard (Stripe Customer Portal). You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. ### What happens to my dynamic links if I cancel? Nothing — existing links keep redirecting forever, even on the free plan. We never pause links, inject ads, or break printed QR codes when you downgrade. Plan limits only apply to creating new links, and your analytics history is preserved if you resubscribe. ### Is there a free trial for Pro? Yes. Pro includes a 7-day free trial with full access to paid features. A card is required to start the trial. Cancel before day 7 and you are not charged. ### What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. ### Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings. When switching to annual, you'll receive a prorated credit for the remainder of your monthly billing period. ### What counts as a 'dynamic' QR code? A dynamic QR code points to a ReRoute shortlink (rrte.link) instead of directly to your URL. This means you can change the destination URL anytime, track scan analytics, set expiration dates, and add password protection — all without reprinting the QR code. ### Does Enterprise include SSO? Yes.
