How do I generate QR codes in bulk from a CSV?

Upload a CSV of destination URLs on the reRoute import page, and each row becomes a dynamic QR code, up to 3 on Free. Then open the Print Kit to make a printable PDF sheet of the codes and their short URLs.

What you get

  • One CSV upload accepts up to 1,000 rows and 2 MB.
  • Any spreadsheet works if it has a destination URL column. Back-half, title and tag columns are optional.
  • The importer reports each skipped row and does not drop rows without notice.
  • The Free plan includes 3 dynamic links. Paid plans have no link cap.
  • Pro costs $4.99 a month, or $3.99 a month billed annually, and includes unlimited dynamic links.
  • The Print Kit makes a printable PDF sheet of QR codes and short URLs for a set of links. It runs in your browser.
  • The Print Kit puts twelve codes on an A4 sheet, each with a label and its short URL.

How it works

  1. Make a spreadsheet with one destination URL per row. Add back-half, title and tag columns if necessary.
  2. Save the file as a CSV of no more than 1,000 rows and 2 MB.
  3. Upload the CSV at /import or in the dashboard importer, then read the report of skipped rows. On Free, the importer skips the rows past the 3-link limit.
  4. Select the new links and open the Print Kit to make a printable PDF sheet of codes.
